You need an account to buy templates and save documents. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Purchases and licence
- Each template is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Buying grants you a personal licence to use the template — see the Licenses page for what that allows.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, attempt to extract their source for republication, or use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
5. Your content
The details you enter into a document are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and render your documents so the service works. We don't claim ownership of your content.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or withdraw features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant template. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
