What we collect
- Account data — your name and email, so you can sign in and we can reach you about your purchases.
- Document content — the details you type into your templates, stored so you can edit and re-export them later.
- Purchase data — a record of which templates you own. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, store and render your documents, process purchases, and provide support. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to operate — hosting, database, and payments providers — and only to the extent required to deliver the service. They act on our instructions.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies, mainly to keep you signed in. See the Cookies Policy for details.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export the documents you've created.
- Close your account and have your data removed.
Retention
We keep your account and documents while your account is active. Delete a document and it's gone; close your account and we remove your personal data, save for records we're legally required to keep.
