Your licence
When you buy a template, you get a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it. There's no expiry and no per-document fee.
You may
- Create unlimited documents from the template for yourself.
- Export and share the finished PDFs however you like — including commercially (e.g. invoicing real clients).
- Edit your documents and re-export them as often as you need.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the template itself.
- Pass off the template design as your own product or template.
- Extract the template's source to republish it elsewhere.
Ownership
The template designs remain ours; your licence is to use them, not to own them. The content you put into your documents is, of course, entirely yours.
