Refunds

Templates are digital goods you can use instantly, so the rules are a little different from a physical product. Here's how we handle it.

The short version

If a template is broken, not as described, or you bought it by mistake and haven't used it, we'll refund you. If you've already built and exported finished documents, we generally can't — but talk to us anyway.

When you're entitled to a refund

  • The template doesn't work as described and we can't fix it.
  • You were charged more than once for the same template.
  • You ask within 14 days of purchase and haven't exported a finished document from the template.

When we usually can't refund

  • You've already created and exported documents — the template has done its job.
  • You changed your mind well after purchase, having used the template.
  • The request is about a personal preference the demo made clear up front.

How to request one

Email us or use the contact form with your purchase email and the template name. We aim to respond within two business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you have under consumer law.
